My first foray into trousers (as a confident beginner). The pattern gives really clear and detailed instructions.

I was unsure whether to add the front pockets as I thought that might be too much too handle - not at all, its so well explained I found it an absolutely great step by step process.

I didn't pay attention to the suggested fabrics- I wish I had, I will be making another pair in one if the suggested fabrics very soon.

I took a gamble on making this pattern in jumbo cord and I’m so glad I did. The fabric was lovely to work with and as always the instructions so clear. I feel like I’ve levelled up with this pattern (I think this is my third pair of trousers and it’s definitely the best result so far), and as a newbie sewist still I’m so so proud of myself!
