You can access them directly from your customer account - head to the login page and enter the same email address you used to purchase your class. You'll get a one-time passcode sent to your email to log in.

Once logged in, your workshops will appear on the main page of your purchase history. Alternatively, you can click on your order to find a link to access them.

If you’ve purchased any of our other workshops, we’ll email you when they have moved. In the meantime, you can find them on tillyandthebuttonsworkshops.com until further notice. This is different from our main website, so please bookmark it!

After purchasing your workshop, you’ll receive an email separate to your order confirmation with instructions on how to access your course. If you can’t find it:

1. Head to www.tillyandthebuttonsworkshops.com and select 'Login' (top right)
   
2. Click “Forgot your password?”
   
3. Enter the email address you used at checkout
   
4. Click “Get New Password” and check your inbox
   
5. Follow the link to set your password and you’re in
   

Once logged in, you can start your workshop anytime.

That’s completely up to you! Our workshops are designed to fit around real life.

Lessons are broken down into manageable, bite-sized chunks, so you can dip in and out whenever it suits you. Most videos are between 3 and 13 minutes long, and each workshop also includes written guidance and downloadable checklists to support your learning.

There’s no rush - take it at your own pace.

Nope! There’s no deadline at all.

Once you’ve purchased a workshop, you can revisit the lessons whenever you like. Rewatching is encouraged - learning new sewing skills takes practice, and we’re here for the long haul.

Yes - workshops make a brilliant gift for sewists!

The easiest way is to purchase a workshop gift voucher for the value of the workshop you want to choose. The recipient can then use it to book their workshop whenever they’re ready to get started.

We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven’t signed in to the course platform.

(Unfortunately, digital products can’t be “returned” once accessed.)

The video lessons have optional English closed captions, which are easy to turn on or off.

We've started to add French, German and Spanish captions to some workshops too - currently Learn to Sew a Lined Jacket, Bodice Fitting for Home Sewing, Make Friends with an Overlocker or Serger, and Learn to Sew a Classic Shirt. The captions are AI-generated so we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the translations.

We plan to add foreign language to more workshops in the near future. If you'd like us to add captions in a different language, let us know and we'll see what we can do!
